Items submitted for return should be in a reasonably original condition; please retain the original packaging, accessories, and related documentation whenever possible. Items that show signs of significant use, modification, or damage—or have lost value due to customer actions—may not be eligible for return.

If the furniture is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and retain the outer packaging, the item itself, and relevant photos. We will verify the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds may not be available if the item is damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or other actions attributable to the customer.
